Comments: as social media tool. #Groupon's Banana Bunker. #British Airways's Emotional atyachar

Recently Groupon announced it's Banana bunker product on its Facebook page. The product was sure to grab peoples interest. And they used it well to stoke an enagaging and viral conversation to give them free visibility.

We had discussed how British Airways had similarly used commenting on their Youtube video to engage with its audience. 






Its nice to see a big brands recognise this and use social media for two way conversation than just one way publishing. Comments on social networks are an amazing way for brands to engage with its audience. Its nice to see big brand recognise this and use it beautifully to get feedback, promote, pacify and engage.
